Its Okay to Ask For Help;  Seeing a Therapist Does Not Mean You Are Crazy

Most times we can work through our problems on our own just fine.  Sometimes, however, we can be too wrapped up in a problem to see a way out of it.  Other times we have never had the opportunity to learn certain skills or information that we need to overcome our challenges.  By engaging with a trained and well skilled counselor we are able to get an impartial, outside perspective in a setting that is safe and confidential.  We can also take advantage of the counselor's training and experience to gain more knowledge and skills so that we can reach our goal.

Who am I?

I have an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and over 9 years of experience working with a wide variety of clients.  I offer great knowledge and compassion to my clients who deal with life transitions, relationships, addictions, grief, anger, self-esteem, trauma/abuse, self-harmful behavior, divorce, and mental health issuesI believe all of life’s challenges are a natural part of the human experience.  My heart-centered approach builds self-esteem and removes shame and stigmas, helping you heal and find effective solutions.  To learn more about my background click here.

  • Group Therapy   Create the Life You've Always Wanted.  In this group you will have the opportunity to look at how you are going about your life and discover new ways of being and operating in the world to help you get what you want in your life.
  • Family Therapy    Family members identify how they contribute to the family's challenge(s) and learn to work together as a team to move into a place of greater harmony with each other.
  • Divorce Counseling   Divorce amicably and as partners toward the goal of creating a better relationship in divorce than you had in marriage.
